Terms of Service

By using InvoiceFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

InvoiceFlow is a browser-based invoice generator that allows you to create, preview, and download professional PDF invoices. The Service runs entirely in your browser — we do not store your invoice data on our servers.

2. Free and Pro Tiers

InvoiceFlow offers two tiers:

• Free — Create invoices using the Classic template with a "Created with InvoiceFlow" watermark. No account required.
• Pro ($9/month or $72/year) — Access to all templates, logo upload, custom accent colors, and watermark removal.

3. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Pro status is activated upon successful payment and stored in your browser's localStorage. If you clear your browser data, you may need to restore your Pro status by contacting us.

4. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us at contact@getinvoiceflow.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Your Data

All invoice data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not have access to your invoices, client information, or financial data. You are responsible for backing up any data you need — clearing your browser data will remove saved invoices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use InvoiceFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Attempt to circumvent Pro features without payment
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair it

7. Intellectual Property

InvoiceFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceFlow and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The invoices you create with InvoiceFlow belong to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoiceFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoices generated will meet specific legal requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
