InvoiceFlow ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how our invoice generator handles your data.
Data We Don't Collect
InvoiceFlow is a client-side application. Your invoice data (business details, client information, line items, amounts) is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers. We do not have access to the invoices you create.
Local Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to save your invoice data between sessions so you don't lose your work. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
We also store the following preferences in localStorage:
- Cookie consent choice
- Pro subscription status
- Invoice counter (for display purposes)
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site (page views, button clicks, feature usage). Analytics is only loaded after you accept cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.
Google Analytics may collect:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Browser type and device information
- Approximate geographic location (country/region level)
- Referral source (how you found us)
We do not track individual invoice content or personal financial data through analytics.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you upgrade to Pro, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle your payment information.
Email Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected by Buttondown, our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not share your email with third parties.
Cookies
InvoiceFlow itself does not set cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies if you accept the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage and cookies for this site.

We use the following third-party services:
